Why we built VALIDITAS.
Two professionals. Different worlds. The same problem.
Marios Vogiatzis spent years in behavioural analysis, credibility assessment, high-stakes interviewing and professional training across corporate, legal and security environments.
Georgios Bouronikos built his career in executive coaching, leadership development and emotional intelligence, working with senior professionals across international organisations.
Different fields. But the same observation, repeated across every industry they worked in:
The market was full of titles, seminars and self-proclaimed expertise. It was almost entirely empty of objective, independent proof.
Neither of us wanted to build another training company. We wanted to build something the market was genuinely missing: an independent certification body that assesses real competence, issues certificates that mean something, and operates with the rigour that professionals and organisations actually deserve.
That is VALIDITAS.
We believe professional credibility must be measurable.
We believe ethics must stand above marketing.
We believe certification exists to protect the value of competence, not to commercialise the illusion of it.
Because in today's world, trust is no longer given automatically.
It must be earned. Verified. And continuously maintained.
That is what we certify.

Our Manifesto
We built this because something was missing.
Not another certification. Not another badge. Not another course dressed up as proof.
What was missing was integrity. A place where competence is taken seriously. Where a certificate means exactly what it says — nothing more, nothing less. Where the standard is the same for everyone, regardless of title, reputation or marketing budget.
That place is VALIDITAS.
We believe competence is not a claim. It is a demonstration.
Anyone can say they are an expert. Anyone can attend a seminar and receive a certificate that proves it. What very few can do is sit in front of an independent, accredited body — one with no interest in whether they pass or fail and demonstrate that they genuinely know what they claim to know and can genuinely do what they claim to do.
That demonstration is what we assess. That proof is what we certify.
We believe people deserve better than the market has given them.
For too long, professionals have invested time, money and effort into certifications that carry no real weight, with no independent verification, no public registry and no accountability.
The professionals who work in high-stakes environments — who make decisions that affect businesses, clients, communities and lives — deserve a standard that matches the responsibility they carry. They deserve proof that travels.
Proof that holds up under scrutiny. Proof that means something when it matters most.
We believe organisations deserve clarity.
When a business hires a professional, certifies a team, or signs a contract with a supplier, it should be able to trust that the competence behind those decisions is real. Not assumed. Not self-declared. Independently verified.
Regulators are now requiring exactly that. The market is beginning to demand it. We have been building for it since the beginning.
We believe certification must protect people — not exploit them.
Ethics must stand above marketing. The value of a certificate must be defended against shortcuts, against inflation, and against the commercial pressure to make passing too easy and issuing too profitable.
We have no interest in certifying people who are not competent.
It would destroy everything we are building. Our integrity is the product. Without it, nothing we issue means anything.
We are human. This work is about people.
Behind every certificate is a person who worked for it. A professional who wanted to prove something to an employer, to a client, or to themselves. A person who believed that real competence deserves real recognition.
We take that seriously.

We are a certification body built by people who have spent their careers working with other people, understanding what competence looks like in practice, what it costs to develop, and what it means to have it independently confirmed.
