Marios Vogiatzis — co-founder and behaviour analysis expert at Validitas Certification

Marios Vogiatzis

Marios Vogiatzis is a leading Greek expert in behaviour analysis and non-verbal communication whose training programmes, assessment methods and services are internationally certified under ISO 17024.

He has over 30 years of experience in business in Greece, Middle East, and Europe, always in positions of high responsibility.

He helps leaders, managers and teams analyse behaviours, decode signals, prevent conflicts and improve decision-making.

His scientific yet human approach delivers measurable change, reducing risk in hiring, security, negotiations and leadership while offering calm, structured problem-solving for organisations.

Giorgios Bouronikos

Giorgios Bouronikos works where behavioural science meets executive decision-making. The focus is simple: how leaders test credibility, read complexity, and decide clearly when the cost of error is high.

His advisory work supports senior executives, boards, and institutions across Europe, the Middle East, Asia and Latin America on behavioural risk, credibility assessment, and the human factors that quietly derail strategy under pressure, in negotiations, and in high-stakes appointments.

Scientific foundation. Executive application.

He holds a PhD in linguistics – communication behaviour and credibility analysis (Manchester Metropolitan University), where his research identified shame through verbal and non-verbal responses, directly relevant to leadership under stress and truthfulness evaluation. He also holds an MSc. in Communication, Behaviour and Credibility Analysis (Manchester Metropolitan University), a Postgraduate Diploma in International Relations (University of Birmingham) and an MA in Social and Political Science (University of Lausanne).

His credibility work is strengthened by advanced training in Paul Ekman methodologies, serving as Lead Trainer for Emotional Skills & Competencies (ESaC) and Evaluating Truthfulness & Credibility (ETaC), together with a Diploma in Behaviour Analysis and Investigative Interviewing (Emotional Intelligence Academy & Manchester Metropolitan University) and expert-level METT certification. He is also an ICF Master Certified Coach (MCC), a Master Practitioner in NLP, an Enneagram expert, and an accredited iEQ9 practitioner in team dynamics, bridging evidence-based insight with decision-grade advisory practice.

That method carries an obligation. His work in applied ethics covers the design and assessment of research protocols that meet ethical requirements in both academic and corporate settings, and he advises organisations on the ethical boundaries of credibility assessment – upholding human rights principles and preventing psychological harm in investigative interviewing. The same discipline governs his teaching, which is delivered under strict safeguards against misuse, bias and coercive practice.

He is Managing Director of People Primetime International and the founder, CEO, and director of education & L&D of the International Institute for Research & Human Development (IIRHD) in Luxembourg - certified ISO 9001, where programmes are certified to ISO 17024 standards. He has lectured at the University of Reims Champagne-Ardenne since 2012, serve as Secretary General of Interfima (Luxembourg) since 2010, and co-founded the ICF Luxembourg chapter. He is a member of the Forbes Coaches Council and an associate member of the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners (ACFE).

Where financial and legal structures are verified through due diligence, behavioural structures are often left to intuition. His work brings method to that gap, so decisions rest on engineered clarity, not guesswork.
