For leadership

Certified Lean Six Sigma Professional

This certification scheme recognises professional competence in Lean Six Sigma methodologies for process improvement roles across manufacturing, services, healthcare, finance, public sector and other industries.

It certifies competence in the DMAIC methodology, Lean principles and statistical analysis, validated progressively from foundational execution to strategic programme leadership.

Certified professionals are expected to:

  • apply Lean Six Sigma methods to reduce waste and process variation,

  • analyse data and solve problems using structured DMAIC methodology,

  • lead improvement projects and sustain measurable results,

  • and coach teams and deploy improvement programmes at strategic level.

The scheme is structured across four progressive levels: Yellow Belt for foundational DMAIC execution; Green Belt for data analysis and local project contribution; Black Belt for leadership of complex improvement projects; and Master Black Belt for strategic coaching, deployment and programme governance.

The certification promotes data-driven decision-making, process discipline, analytical rigour and the responsible application of Lean Six Sigma competencies in real-world operational environments.
