Certified Professional Coach
This certification scheme recognises professional competence in coaching for individual, executive, team, organisational and leadership environments across public, private, educational and NGO sectors.
ISO/IEC 17024
It certifies the ability to establish professional coaching relationships, facilitate awareness and insight, and support sustainable client growth through ethical and evidence-based coaching practice.
Certified professionals are expected to:

practise ethically and maintain a professional coaching presence,

establish and manage coaching agreements and professional boundaries,

listen actively and use powerful inquiry to evoke awareness and responsibility,

and transform insights into meaningful action and sustainable client growth.
The scheme is applicable across multiple contexts, including individual development, executive coaching, team and group coaching, leadership development, organisational change, education and NGO environments.
The certification promotes ethical practice, reflective professional posture, trust-based relationships and the responsible application of coaching competencies in real-world professional environments.
